🌿Your Dietitian

Lyndal is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and member of Dietitians Australia.

Lyndal builds safe spaces for clients and families to share openly and work toward their nutrition goals. She is dedicated to supportive care for children with all flavours of neurodiversity, including Autism, ADHD, and sensory processing differences.

Lyndal brings a special view. She first learned about dietetics when her own children experienced feeding challenges. Having gone through it, she knows how hard it is for parents to sift through social media, support groups, and online searches looking for clear answers, often ending up more confused. She understands the importance of having a trusted helper to support both parent and child, calm the noise, and guide the food learning journey, together.
