Paediatric Nutrition Assessment
Two (2) x 50 minute appointment | Parent-Only Sessions Recommended*
Each Appointment: 90 minutes of supports | $270^
Paediatric Initial Assessments are comprehensive. Two (2) x 50-minute appointments with your Dietitian are required, usually
booked two weeks apart. In addition to these appointments, your Dietitian will also:
Carefully review the information you provide in your Intake Forms.
Conduct a growth assessment based on your child’s growth records.
Review blood results (if applicable).
Review your Child’s Food Intake Record.
Where possible, we may review any relevant Medical Reports provided by your Child’s Medical or Allied Health Team.
These additional support tasks form part of the assessment process, and helps us to build a clearer picture of your child’s nutritional needs.
During the appointment time, you’ll be able to share your child’s strengths, challenges, feeding history, family mealtime dynamics and
family goals. Together, you and your Dietitian will create a suitable and achievable nutrition plan.
After each appointment, we will complete mandatory clinical documentation, and a summary letter to you.
We may also share a brief update with key members of your child’s medical team to ensure coordinated and collaborative care.
* Exception: Clients referred under a GPCCMP are required to attend the appointment via video.

Paediatric Reviews
Extended Appointment: 45 minutes with Dietitian | $180^
Standard Appointment: 30 minutes with Dietitian | $135^
This is our opportunity to check-in, review progress on your Child’s Nutrition Plan, celebrate the wins, and problem-solve the challenges. Our goal is to come alongside and support your family towards your goals, at your pace.
An extended appointment may be beneficial if you would like more time to address difficult challenges.
Adult Nutrition Assessment
One (1) x 50 minute appointment | $180^
Adult Nutrition Assessments require one (1) x 50-minute appointment with your Dietitian. Your Dietitian will review your Intake Forms and any supporting documentation (e.g. blood test results, medical reports or summaries) provided by you. Providing this information before your first appointment ensures you receive the best possible care, promptly.
This initial session will be our opportunity to discuss what you want, what you need, and how we can work towards your goals together.
After each appointment, we complete mandatory clinical documentation and a concise summary letter for you. We may also update your medical team to ensure for continuity of care.

Adult Reviews

This is our opportunity to review the strategies already implemented, troubleshoot any ongoing challenges, and evaluate and adapt those approaches so they remain achievable and continue to support your progress. Our goal is to ensure we’re growing together in understanding and confidence — not chasing perfection.
Extended appointments suit people who prefer to dig deeper, explore the underlying issues, and gently tease out the practical hurdles encountered along the way.
Additional Support Tasks
Available for Paediatric and Adult Services
Time Engaged and Costs to be agreed between you and your Dietitian
Additional Support Tasks may be required from time to time. This may include tasks such as:
Detailed food diary nutritional analysis.
NDIS or other specialist reporting or letters to third parties.
Case Conferences with your wider Medical and Allied Health team, or Childhood Educators.
Growth Assessments.
Blood Test Reviews.
We will discuss any Support Tasks with you before starting. Together we’ll agree on exactly what the task involves, estimate how long it is likely to take, and provide a clear outline of the cost.
